No Article Processing Charges (APCs)
This journal employs a double-blind peer review system, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation process. Upon submission, manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their alignment with the journal’s thematic scope and quality standards. If deemed appropriate, the manuscript is then forwarded to at least two independent experts for a thorough scientific review. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection rests with the editorial team.
Editors are excluded from decision-making on any manuscript in which they:
Are listed as authors,
Have close personal or professional relationships with any of the authors,
Have a financial or non-financial interest in the content or outcomes of the study.
Such manuscripts are processed independently, ensuring unbiased handling and adherence to standard peer review protocols by an editor with no conflicts of interest.
